A fun, flowing sequence to get present in the body, featuring a range of poses for strength, balance, and flexibility. Suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Level 1 Vinyasa Flow

A flow focused on technique and body awareness. Poses are explained in more detail. Beginner-oriented, but not always easy! All yogis can benefit from this class.

Level 2 Vinyasa Flow

A fun and challenging class where you can get deeper into your practice. We will string together more postures and intermediate options will be offered. If you aren't sure if you're ready yet, come give it a try!

About

I'm Jaden, currently based in Amsterdam. I teach yoga in various places: studios, hostels, parks, you name it. I spent many years studying Neuroscience and Philosophy. But, I have found that some of the mysteries of life -- particularly the questions we have about our own inner world -- are best explored through the practice of yoga.


Yoga is more than a physical practice. It's an ancient body of wisdom and a way of life. Each class -- whether it's strong vinyasa or a gentle flow -- can be seen like a dynamic meditation. By connecting breath to movement, we start to take our awareness away from the mind and the external world, and into the present moment. The more we do this, the more we identify with our inner observer: our true self. This is one of the reasons I believe yoga has the power to change our lives for the better. 


I love sharing the joy of yoga with others. Let's breathe, move, meditate, and learn together.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic yoga practice

​In a vinyasa class you will... 

  • synchronize breath with movement in a flowing sequence of asanas (postures)

  • move prana (life energy) through all parts of the body

  • generate a meditative state, shifting awareness into the present moment

  • work on flexibility, balance, and strength

  • learn to listen to your body, taking variations that feel right for you

  • regulate the nervous system to calm the mind and body

  • practice pratyahara (sense withdrawal) in the final relaxation pose

  • learn about yoga philosophy
